Best Salesforce Consulting Partners (2026): Top 10 Compared

Updated October 2026By StatWharf Editorial10 vendorsMethodology

Salesforce consulting partners are service firms in Salesforce's partner program that plan, implement, integrate and support Salesforce for client companies. Slalom and Mphasis Silverline are large multi-industry firms. Cloud for Good, Penrod and Zennify each build their practice around one sector: nonprofits and education, healthcare, and financial services. Fast Slow Motion, Plative and Kicksaw serve growing and mid-market businesses, with Kicksaw and Plative listed at Select tier. Cloudwerx works in Australia and New Zealand, and Silver Softworks in the United Kingdom. None of the ten publishes an hourly rate or project price; three publish how they bill, through month-to-month work, pre-bought Delivery Units or fixed quick-start packages.

These comparisons draw on public product information, not hands-on testing of every tool. Source records identify available references and checks; missing evidence is marked. Buyer fit is an editorial assessment, not a measured performance score. How to use this research.

A Salesforce consulting partner is a service firm in Salesforce’s partner program that plans, implements, integrates and supports Salesforce for its clients. Projects range from a first Sales Cloud setup for a small sales team to a multi-cloud programme that adds Data Cloud and Agentforce, migrates a legacy CRM and connects Salesforce to an ERP or core banking system. Many partners also run the platform after go-live through managed services.

The ten firms compared here split into four groups. Slalom and Mphasis Silverline are large firms working across many industries. Cloud for Good, Penrod and Zennify each specialise in one sector. Fast Slow Motion, Plative and Kicksaw serve growing and mid-market companies. Cloudwerx and Silver Softworks serve Australia and New Zealand and the United Kingdom. Tiers, competencies, certification counts and review counts were checked against each firm’s Salesforce AppExchange record, and services and billing models against each firm’s own website, in October 2026. Entries with dated source checks appear first. That records research readiness, not firm quality or a ranking.

Consider forMid-market and private equity-backed companies that want Salesforce and Oracle NetSuite implemented together, with data orchestration and AI agents across CRM and ERP

Delivery locations include the United States, Canada, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, the Netherlands, Israel and India. Kicksaw

Consider forGrowing technology, healthcare and financial services companies that want ongoing Salesforce administration, revenue operations and Conga contract work on month-to-month terms
Pricing notesMonth-to-month engagements under Kicksaw's fractional operations model; no rates are published on the AppExchange listing or website (checked Oct 2026)
Feature to evaluateSells Salesforce work month to month as fractional operations, so clients change priorities without renegotiating a fixed scope

Kicksaw is a Salesforce consultancy built around what it calls fractional operations. Its AppExchange record shows Select tier, a 4.93 average from 90 reviews, and 367 certifications across 58 certified staff. Delivery locations are the United States, Canada, Colombia and Guatemala. The website cites more than 500 clients and more than 350 Salesforce certifications.

The listing says Kicksaw was started to replace long fixed-scope contracts. Clients engage month to month, and the work changes as priorities change. The firm's method page argues that billable-hour statements of work slow projects down. Services cover implementation, data migration, process optimisation, tool integration, data sourcing and enrichment, and training.

On AppExchange, Agentforce Sales and Small Business are Expert competencies; Agentforce is Accredited across 34 projects. The website names health and life sciences, technology and financial services as target industries. Feature to evaluateReplaces fixed statements of work with pre-bought Delivery Units that can be moved between services as priorities change, and lists an in-house Certified Technical Architect

Cloudwerx is a Salesforce partner in Sydney, founded in 2018, that works with organisations across Australia and New Zealand. Its AppExchange record shows Summit tier, a 4.83 average from 52 reviews, and 818 certifications across 142 certified staff. Delivery locations are Australia, India and the Philippines. The record also shows a current Agentic Value award.

Expert competencies cover Healthcare and Life Sciences, Agentforce Marketing, Agentforce Sales, Agentforce Service and Platform. The listing names an in-house Salesforce Certified Technical Architect and describes services in advisory, implementation, Data Cloud, Snowflake, Tableau, MuleSoft integration, and managed services with admin-as-a-service.

The commercial model is the main difference. Instead of a fixed statement of work, clients buy a pool of standardised Delivery Units and spend them across a catalogue of outcome-based services. Cloudwerx says this gives certainty on price and freedom to change what is delivered. Client stories include Ampol, the Australian Computer Society, LW Reid on Commerce Cloud, Sutton Tools and SafetyCulture.

Cloudwerx fits ANZ organisations that expect project priorities to change during delivery.

Potential strengths

  • 818 certifications across 142 certified staff, and a current Agentic Value award on AppExchange

Silver Softworks is a UK Salesforce consultancy based in London and founded in February 2015. The listing describes about 30 permanent staff and more than 500 projects for more than 350 clients. How to choose a vendor

Read the 2026 tiers correctly

Salesforce replaced the Base, Ridge, Crest and Summit tiers with two tiers, Select and Summit, in a programme change reported in March 2026. Partner skills now appear as competencies at two levels, Accredited and Expert, measured by certifications, completed projects and customer satisfaction. Some firm websites still use older names such as Platinum. The AppExchange listing shows the current tier and competencies, so check it before relying on a firm's own badge.

Match Expert competencies to the clouds and industry in scope

A Service Cloud and Data 360 project calls for a partner with Expert-level Agentforce Service and Data 360 competencies, not just a high tier. Penrod lists Expert competencies in Healthcare and Life Sciences and Data 360. Cloud for Good lists Expert in Nonprofit and Education. Zennify holds Accredited status in Financial Services across 46 projects. Fast Slow Motion lists Expert in five industries. The AppExchange record shows the project count behind each competency.

Ask how the engagement is billed before comparing quotes

Billing models differ more than published prices, because none of these firms publishes rates. Kicksaw works month to month under what it calls fractional operations. Cloudwerx sells a pool of standardised Delivery Units that clients spend across a service catalogue. Silver Softworks sells fixed quick-start packages and a fixed monthly support fee. The larger firms quote per project. Buyers should ask each firm to separate implementation from managed services and to state any minimum term.

Frequently asked questions

What is a Salesforce consulting partner?

It is a service firm in Salesforce's partner program that plans, implements, integrates and supports Salesforce products for clients. Partners publish AppExchange listings that show their tier, competencies, certification counts, customer reviews and delivery locations. Many also offer managed services after go-live and integrate Salesforce with ERP, data warehouse and marketing systems.

What do the Select and Summit tiers mean?

They are the two consulting partner tiers that replaced Base, Ridge, Crest and the old Summit structure in a programme change reported in March 2026. Summit is the higher tier. In this comparison, eight firms show Summit tier on AppExchange and two, Plative and Kicksaw, show Select, as checked in October 2026. Some firm sites still use older names such as Platinum.

What is the difference between Accredited and Expert competencies?

Salesforce now measures partner skills through competencies, each based on certifications, completed projects and customer satisfaction. Accredited signals demonstrated capability and Expert signals delivery at scale. AppExchange records list each competency with its level and project count, for example Penrod's Expert competency in Healthcare and Life Sciences across 43 projects.

How much does a Salesforce consulting partner cost?

None of the ten firms publishes an hourly rate or project price. Kicksaw bills month to month, Cloudwerx sells pre-bought Delivery Units, and Silver Softworks sells fixed quick-start packages and fixed monthly support without listing the figures. Slalom, Mphasis Silverline, Cloud for Good, Penrod, Zennify, Fast Slow Motion and Plative quote per engagement. Buyers should ask for the build and run phases to be priced separately.

Which partners specialise in one industry?

Penrod works only in healthcare and life sciences. Zennify focuses on banks, credit unions, wealth managers and insurers. Cloud for Good serves nonprofits, higher education and the public sector. Mphasis Silverline leads with media, financial services and healthcare. Fast Slow Motion and Slalom list Expert competencies across several industries.

Which partners serve buyers outside the United States?

Cloudwerx works in Australia and New Zealand. Silver Softworks delivers from the United Kingdom and Spain. Slalom lists delivery locations in 11 countries, including Japan, Germany, the United Kingdom and Australia. Mphasis Silverline and Plative each list ten countries. Fast Slow Motion describes its clients as being across the United States and Canada.

Should a company buy Salesforce through a partner or implement it alone?

Small teams with one cloud and simple processes often self-implement with Salesforce's own onboarding. A partner helps when the project involves data migration from another CRM, ERP or core-system integration, industry clouds such as Health Cloud or Financial Services Cloud, Agentforce or Data Cloud, or consolidation of several orgs. Buyers should confirm the partner holds the competencies for the specific clouds in scope.

How should this comparison be used?

Shortlist two or three firms whose tier, Expert competencies, industry focus, region and billing model match the project, then request scoped proposals. Tiers, competencies, certifications and review counts come from Salesforce AppExchange records, and services and billing models from each firm's website, checked in October 2026. This page records public source checks, not hands-on engagement or vendor confirmation.
