Best Conversation Intelligence Software (2026): Top 9 Compared
Conversation intelligence (CI) for sales teams splits three ways. Revenue platforms such as Gong, Salesloft and ZoomInfo Chorus sell call recording and analysis inside a wider suite for engagement, forecasting or B2B data. Revenue.io builds CI into a Salesforce-native dialer. Jiminny, Avoma, Sybill, Momentum and Oliv are newer or narrower products that lead with AI summaries, CRM updates and deal context. Avoma, Sybill, Momentum and Oliv publish per-user prices; Gong, Salesloft, Chorus, Jiminny and Revenue.io quote.

These comparisons draw on public product information, not hands-on testing of every tool. Source records identify available references and checks; missing evidence is marked. Buyer fit is an editorial assessment, not a measured performance score. How to use this research.
Conversation intelligence software records sales calls and video meetings, transcribes them and analyses the content so that revenue teams can coach reps, track objections and competitors, update the CRM without manual entry and spot deals at risk. It began as call recording for sales managers and has moved toward AI summaries, automatic CRM field updates and agents that draft follow-ups from what buyers said. The market divides between revenue platforms that include CI in a wider suite, a Salesforce-native dialer with CI built in, and standalone AI-first products that publish per-user prices.
This comparison covers nine products. Features and pricing come from each vendor’s own product or pricing page, checked in October 2026. Because the larger suites quote rather than list, the most useful comparison is which conversations each product captures, how its pricing units work and how it connects to the CRM.
Related pages cover AI meeting assistant tools, AI sales assistant software, sales enablement software and contact center analytics software.
Vendor details and trade-offs
Gong describes its conversation intelligence as one part of a wider Revenue AI platform for sales, customer success, enablement and revenue operations teams. The product records and transcribes sales calls, video meetings and emails automatically, then applies AI models to identify key topics, objections, competitor mentions and buying signals.
According to Gong's conversation intelligence page, insights surface during and after conversations to flag deal risks, next steps and coaching opportunities. AI agents such as AI Tasker and AI Deal Predictor generate summaries, update CRM fields and suggest follow-ups, and managers work from dashboards and scorecards built on recorded interactions. Gong lists integrations with Salesforce, Zoom and other core platforms.
The conversation data also feeds the rest of the platform. Gong Engage uses buyer language from calls for outreach and follow-ups, Gong Enable turns calls into onboarding and coaching material, and Gong Forecast uses engagement and sentiment to assess deal health. Gong states its models are trained on billions of sales interactions.
Gong does not publish a price list. Its pricing page explains that licences are priced per user, a platform fee applies based on the number of users, and integrations with the existing stack are free.
Potential strengths
- Conversation data feeds Gong Engage, Gong Enable and Gong Forecast on the same platform
- Captures calls, video meetings and email rather than calls alone

- No published price list; a platform fee is added to per-user licences
- Suite scope is more than a small team that only wants call recording may need

Salesloft Conversation Intelligence is the call recording and analysis product of the Salesloft revenue platform, which also includes Cadence, Deals, Rhythm and Clari Forecast. As of October 2026, the former Clari Copilot product page (clari.com/products/copilot) redirects to this Salesloft page, and the Salesloft login menu links its Conversations product to the Clari Copilot domain, so this page treats the two as one product.
Salesloft states that the product records, transcribes and analyses every sales call. Its page lists AI call summaries, follow-up emails, automated CRM updates, objection tracking across the pipeline and automatic call scoring. During calls, reps receive real-time AI guidance and battlecards for objections. Stakeholder insights, buying group visibility and sentiment are presented so reps know where to engage next.
Salesloft positions the product as part of a system of action rather than a separate review tool. Action items push into seller workflows, coachable moments become tasks, and buyer signals feed the forecast. Salesloft also cites recognition as a Gartner Peer Insights Customers' Choice and a Forrester Wave Leader for its broader platform.
No price is published; the pricing link leads to a demo request.
Potential strengths
- Call insights become follow-up emails, CRM updates and cadence tasks inside the same platform
- Live call guidance for objection handling as well as post-call review
Trade-offs
- No published pricing
- Most of the value depends on also using Salesloft's engagement and forecasting products

Chorus is the conversation intelligence product of ZoomInfo, sold alongside its B2B contact and company database, sales engagement and website chat products. ZoomInfo lists Chorus under engagement as the product that analyses every interaction, and states that it is backed by 14 technology patents in proprietary machine learning.
The Chorus page describes four use areas. Sales call analysis captures customer calls, meetings and emails with transcriptions and insights. Onboarding and enablement identifies winning behaviours to shorten ramp time and support methodology adherence. Deal intelligence and relationship management captures contacts and communications from the field and syncs them to the CRM, so managers can track deal momentum and churn risk. Market intelligence analyses the voice of the customer to show why deals are won and lost.
Customer reviews quoted on the page describe call libraries, snippet sharing with marketing and product teams, talk-time and filler-word metrics, and scorecards. One review on the page notes that Chorus connects automatically to Zoom.
Pricing is not published; buyers request a demo.
Potential strengths

Jiminny is a conversation intelligence platform for revenue teams. Its product page defines CI as using AI to record, transcribe and analyse conversations from calls, video meetings and other customer interactions, detecting patterns, keywords and sentiment.
The page lists four main capabilities. Ask Jiminny returns instant AI answers on any call or multi-call deal, covering next steps, competitive mentions and why a deal was won. CRM logging writes calls, transcripts and insights to the CRM through Jiminny's Salesforce and HubSpot apps and other CRM integrations. Proactive deal alerts flag risks, stalled deals and missing next steps. Team performance tracking analyses call data for coaching opportunities and benchmarks individual and team progress over time.
The navigation also lists an AI notetaker, GTM intelligence, competitive intelligence, pipeline management, call libraries and playlists, executive reporting and an MCP connector. A customer review on the page mentions call recording through Aircall and Microsoft Teams.
Jiminny publishes comparison pages against Gong, Avoma, Clari, Chorus, Modjo, Outreach Kaia and Salesloft. Pricing is bespoke per team, with no usage credits, and a 14-day trial is offered without a credit card.
Potential strengths
- No usage credits or metered AI; recording, transcription and AI sit in one fee
- Native Salesforce and HubSpot apps log calls, transcripts and insights automatically

Revenue.io is a Salesforce-native revenue platform that combines a dialer, conversation intelligence, real-time coaching and sales engagement. Its conversation intelligence product, Conversation AI, analyses processed phone conversations and recorded Zoom and Microsoft Teams meetings. Teams can search conversations, identify topics and behavioural patterns, add feedback and organise examples into training libraries.
Conversation data connects to Salesforce through Revenue.io's Conversation object and related records, so supervisor notes and conversation fields support Salesforce reporting. Live guidance during calls comes from a separate product, Moments, which delivers configured coaching cues, battlecards and objection prompts. AI summaries, scorecards, coaching feedback, Ask Revenue AI and conversation agents belong to the wider Revenue AI suite, and Revenue.io states availability depends on licences.
The pricing page lists three packages. Activate covers the dialer, recording, routing, SMS and real-time coaching. Engage adds multichannel sequences and auto-transcribed, analysed and summarised calls. Orchestrate adds AI scorecards, deal health scores, pipeline and forecast management and conversation agents. All three are quoted, and the page states the platform is built for Salesforce teams of 15 or more seats.
Potential strengths
- Dialer, recording, live coaching and conversation analysis come from one vendor
- Analyses phone calls plus recorded Zoom and Microsoft Teams meetings
Trade-offs
- No published prices
- Requires Salesforce, and the pricing page targets teams of 15 or more seats

Avoma began as an AI meeting assistant and sells conversation intelligence, revenue intelligence, scheduling and lead routing as modules on top of it. Every plan records meetings, transcribes them in real time, produces AI summary notes, drafts follow-up emails, saves notes to CRM records and integrates with dialers.
The Conversation Intelligence add-on, priced at $29 per seat per month billed annually, adds AI coaching recommendations, AI call scoring, smart trackers and Ask Avoma across all meetings. A separate Revenue Intelligence add-on, at the same price, covers deal risks, sales methodology tracking and forecasting. Organization adds custom AI topics, templates and group scheduling, and Enterprise adds compliance controls, single sign-on, data retention policies and HIPAA compliance.
The pricing model charges only for recorder seats; viewers and collaborators are free. A 14-day trial of the Organization plan includes all add-ons. Avoma also appears on the StatWharf AI meeting assistant comparison, where it is assessed as a meeting notetaker; on this page it is assessed for its sales conversation intelligence module.
Potential strengths
- Published per-seat prices with free viewer seats
- Dialer integration and CRM note sync are included from the Startup plan
Trade-offs
- Conversation intelligence is a paid add-on on top of the base plan
- Startup caps paid seats at 25 and Organization at 100

Sybill is an AI sales assistant built on recorded sales conversations. It records calls, meetings, emails and Slack threads, and states that more than 850 sales teams use it daily. Its focus is removing sales admin and giving reps and leaders a view of deal state.
The site describes CRM autofill that updates account, opportunity and contact fields after every sales conversation, automated follow-up emails, proposals and collateral, and Ask Sybill, which answers plain-English questions about buyers, blockers, risks, pipeline health, coaching or forecasting with citations. An invisible recorder captures meetings without a visible bot, and a mobile app captures in-person meetings.
Pricing uses per-user plans with weekly AI credits. The free plan includes unlimited call recordings and transcripts, 20 AI meeting summaries a month and 500 credits a week. Pro adds unlimited summaries, storage and CRM-pushed notes. Business adds CRM context inside Ask Sybill, ten-field CRM autofill, API and MCP access and two-way Slack and Teams integration. Enterprise adds unlimited credits, unlimited autofill, SSO and a dedicated account manager. Annual billing saves 17 percent.

Momentum describes itself as an AI revenue orchestration platform that captures unstructured data from customer interactions, routes insights and automates execution across revenue systems. Its feature list includes MEDDIC Autopilot, executive briefs, AI signals and alerts, AI coaching, an AI notetaker, smart notifications, IQ reports and smart tags.
The Business plan covers AI call summaries, action items, email follow-ups, Autopilot for CRM updates, Ask Momentum on individual calls, AI signals, workflow automation and Slack Deal Rooms and Account Rooms. Transformation extends Ask Momentum beyond individual calls and adds executive briefs, AI coaching and analytics. Enterprise adds SSO, SLAs, compliance support and white-glove onboarding.
Momentum's own note-taker and video library are sold as a Conversation Intelligence add-on at $30 per user a month, and account briefs and smart clips need that module. This structure suits teams that capture calls elsewhere and want Momentum to act on the data, as well as teams that want Momentum to record. Plans are annual, and the pricing page notes minimum thresholds may apply by implementation scope.
Potential strengths
- Published per-user prices for Business and Transformation
- Slack-based deal and account rooms keep insights where teams already work

- Recording and the video library are a $30 add-on rather than part of the base plans
- Plans are annual only

Oliv is an AI-native revenue platform that captures customer conversations and connects them to accounts and opportunities in an object graph. Its pricing page groups apps by role. Converse, for SDRs, product marketing and support, captures online meetings with or without a bot, email and in-person meetings. Sell, for account executives, adds a forecast app, sales methodologies and deal risks. Grow, for customer success, adds a retain app with health scorecards and churn risks. Amplify gives other staff super agents that answer questions about conversations, opportunities and accounts.
Capture options include botless meetings through native video conferencing integration, phone calls, email and in-person meetings through a mobile app or a Plaud integration. Bot-based meeting capture, Slack capture and WhatsApp capture are $10 per user a month each. Oliv also enriches context with third-party data from ZoomInfo, 6sense and LinkedIn.
Oliv positions its pricing against legacy tools and labels its own savings estimates as comparison assumptions rather than vendor quotes. Agent actions use credits at $0.01 each, billed separately.
Potential strengths
- Lowest published per-user entry price on this page for conversation capture
- Role-based tiers avoid paying full CI prices for staff who only read
Trade-offs
- Bot-based, Slack and WhatsApp capture are extra-cost options
- Agent actions use credits billed on top of subscriptions
- Product reference
- Pricing source
- Billing terms: Per user per month; credits billed separately

Frequently asked questions
What is conversation intelligence software?
Conversation intelligence (CI) software records sales calls and video meetings, transcribes them and uses AI to analyse what was said. Typical outputs are call summaries, follow-up drafts, objection and competitor tracking, call scores, coaching feedback and automatic CRM updates. Most products now also capture email and combine conversation data with CRM records to flag deal risk.
How much does conversation intelligence software cost?
As of October 2026, four vendors on this page publish prices. Oliv starts at $19 per user a month, Sybill at $30 billed annually after a free tier, Avoma at $19 per recorder seat plus a $29 conversation intelligence add-on, and Momentum at $69 per user a month with a $30 recording add-on. Gong, Salesloft, ZoomInfo Chorus, Jiminny and Revenue.io quote pricing, and Gong adds a platform fee to per-user licences.
What happened to Clari Copilot and Wingman?
Wingman was renamed Clari Copilot. As of October 2026, the Clari Copilot product page redirects to Salesloft's conversation intelligence page, and Salesloft's login menu lists Clari Forecast and Conversations. This page therefore covers Clari Copilot under the Salesloft Conversation Intelligence entry rather than as a separate product.
What is the difference between conversation intelligence and an AI meeting assistant?
An AI meeting assistant records, transcribes and summarises meetings for anyone who attends them. Conversation intelligence is built for revenue teams: it adds call scoring, coaching, objection and competitor tracking, deal risk and CRM write-back, and aggregates patterns across many reps' calls. Several vendors, such as Avoma, sell both, with CI as an add-on.
Is conversation intelligence the same as contact center speech analytics?
No. Contact center analytics products analyse high volumes of customer service calls for compliance, quality scoring and agent performance, usually tied to the contact center telephony platform. The tools on this page analyse B2B sales calls and meetings and connect them to opportunities in a CRM such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
Which conversation intelligence tools offer real-time coaching during calls?
Salesloft lists real-time AI guidance and battlecards during calls. Revenue.io sells live call guidance as Moments, included in all three of its packages. Gong describes insights surfaced in real time. Most other products on this page focus on post-call summaries, scoring and coaching feedback.
Do these tools work with HubSpot as well as Salesforce?
Jiminny lists native Salesforce and HubSpot apps, and most other vendors here describe CRM sync. Revenue.io is the exception that requires Salesforce, because its dialer and conversation data are built on Salesforce objects. Buyers on other CRMs should confirm field-level write-back during a trial.
How were these conversation intelligence vendors selected and compared?
The nine vendors were selected as products that record and analyse sales calls and meetings for revenue teams, with one entry per product. Features and pricing come from each vendor's own product or pricing page, checked on 29 October 2026. No product was installed or tested, no vendor confirmed its entry, and the order of the list is not a ranking.
