Best AIOps Platforms (2026): Top 10 Compared
AIOps platforms split three ways. Event correlation specialists such as BigPanda and PagerDuty AIOps sit above existing monitoring tools and turn their alerts into fewer incidents. Monitoring-led platforms such as ScienceLogic, LogicMonitor, HPE OpsRamp and Dynatrace collect the telemetry themselves and apply correlation and root cause analysis to it. ITSM and enterprise suites such as ServiceNow, BMC Helix, Splunk ITSI and IBM Cloud Pak for AIOps tie events to a service model, a CMDB or a data platform the buyer may already run. ScienceLogic, LogicMonitor, Dynatrace and PagerDuty publish starting prices; the other six quote.

These comparisons draw on public product information, not hands-on testing of every tool. Source records identify available references and checks; missing evidence is marked. Buyer fit is an editorial assessment, not a measured performance score. How to use this research.
AIOps platforms take the alerts and events produced by monitoring, logging and cloud tools and decide which of them matter. They remove duplicates, group related alerts into a single incident, attach topology or service context, suggest a probable root cause and route the incident to the right team, sometimes with an automated fix. Large IT operations teams buy them because alert volume grows faster than headcount, and because a single outage often fires alerts in a dozen tools at once. The market divides between correlation specialists that sit above existing monitoring, monitoring platforms with AIOps built in, and enterprise suites that tie events to an ITSM or data platform.
This comparison covers ten AIOps platforms. Features and pricing come from each vendor’s own product, documentation or pricing page, checked in October 2026. Billing units differ sharply, from devices and hosts to Hybrid Units and accepted events, so buyers should compare quotes on the same estate size and alert volume.
Related pages cover observability platforms, incident management software, network monitoring software and operational analytics platforms.
Vendor details and trade-offs
BigPanda describes itself as an agentic IT operations platform and presents it as the next step from AIOps. It does not replace monitoring tools. It ingests their alerts through an open integration hub, correlates them into incidents, and adds context so that first responders see probable root cause and a suggested action before they start investigating.
The platform is organised into AI Detection and Response, an AI Incident Assistant, AI Incident Prevention and an IT Knowledge Graph. Feature pages list incident correlation, automated triage, root cause analysis, similar-incident lookup, change risk management and problem management. BigPanda positions AI agents to take on repetitive L1 work, including work currently outsourced to service providers.
BigPanda places weight on its ServiceNow integration, arguing that correlated incidents reduce ticket volume in ServiceNow ITSM. It states that the platform works with imperfect data from the start. It cites a median ROI of 430% from its own report. Pricing is quoted after a demo.
Potential strengths
- Covers detection, correlation, triage, root cause analysis and change risk management in one platform
- Named integrations with ServiceNow and Jira place correlated incidents into existing ITSM workflows
Trade-offs
- No published pricing
- The 430% median ROI figure comes from BigPanda's own business value report rather than independent research

LogicMonitor is a hybrid observability platform, and Edwin AI is its AIOps layer. The pricing page lists three platform packages billed per Hybrid Unit: Essentials, Advanced and Signature, with Edwin AI event intelligence included in Signature. Edwin AI uses unsupervised machine learning and event enrichment to reduce alert noise.
The Edwin AI page describes compressing thousands of alerts into a small number of prioritised incidents that already carry topology and CMDB context. Related alerts from network, infrastructure, applications and third-party tools are grouped into one incident and routed to the right team. Operators can ask Edwin AI in plain language what broke and what is affected, and it checks logs, metrics, recent deployments and past incidents to identify a cause.
A separate add-on supplies specialised AI agents for investigation, remediation, collaboration and knowledge capture. LogicMonitor states it has more than 2,300 customers in over 30 countries. All plans can be trialled for 15 days.
Potential strengths

OpsRamp is now sold as HPE OpsRamp Software, a hybrid cloud observability and operations product from Hewlett Packard Enterprise. HPE groups its features into hybrid observability and monitoring, AI-powered event intelligence and intelligent automation, presented as one control plane for on-premises, multicloud and AI-native environments.
Service maps expose dependencies across applications, infrastructure and, as HPE describes, AI agents, models and tools. An AI Operations Copilot highlights service-affecting alerts and guides resolution; HPE claims up to 90% less alert noise. Automation covers routine fixes such as patching, restarts and incident remediation. The OpsRamp documentation describes an agent that collects metrics and discovers assets and a gateway for agentless monitoring of on-premises networks.
HPE positions OpsRamp alongside HPE Morpheus, HPE CloudOps and GreenLake. It cites Aon, which replaced legacy monitoring across more than 500 offices. Pricing is not published.

ServiceNow Event Management is part of ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM). The product documentation describes an application that collects events from monitoring sources, identifies likely causes and turns them into alerts that operators can analyse, group and act on. Events can trigger automatic actions, and administrators configure event rules, event field mapping and event binding.
Alert grouping consolidates related alerts into sets so that operators prioritise one issue rather than many notifications, using correlation rules. Integrations with external monitoring tools run through connectors and listeners. The documentation also references ITOM AIOps applications as dependencies of the Event Management application.
The main reason to choose it is location. Alerts land in the same platform as incident, change and problem records, so no integration is needed between the AIOps layer and the ITSM tool. The documentation states that Event Management is sold as a separate subscription from the core platform. ServiceNow does not publish a price list.
Potential strengths
- Connectors and listeners pull events from external monitoring tools
- Event rules, field mapping and alert grouping are configured on the platform rather than in a separate product
Trade-offs
- Requires a separate subscription on top of the ServiceNow platform
- Value depends heavily on ServiceNow already being the ITSM system

BMC Helix Operations Management with AIOps, presented as BMC Helix AIOps, is sold by BMC Helix, which now operates its own site for its service management, AIOps and observability products. The product page centres on automated root cause analysis and remediation recommendations.
Noisy alerts from several monitoring tools are grouped into single incidents while keeping their service context, and correlation draws on events, metrics, logs, changes and topology together. Two named agents extend this. The Deep Root Cause Analyzer refines its root cause hypotheses over time, and the Ops Swarmer brings people, data and insights into a Microsoft Teams bridge during an incident. Remediation can be pre-approved, policy-driven or self-healing.
BMC Helix cites customer outcomes of 75% faster mean time to resolution and up to 30% less manual effort; these are vendor-selected examples. Observability is sold as a related product. Pricing is available on request.
Potential strengths
- Correlates events, metrics, logs, changes and topology into single incidents with service context
- Supports pre-approved, policy-driven and self-healing remediation
Trade-offs
- No published pricing
- Outcome figures on the product page come from customer examples selected by the vendor

Dynatrace treats AIOps as a property of its observability platform rather than a separate product. The AIOps page describes Dynatrace Intelligence, which combines causal AI with generative AI. It performs automated root cause analysis by correlating metrics, logs, distributed traces, user experience data and topology at the same time, and also takes in external signals such as CI/CD pipeline events and cloud platform data.
Dynatrace says it evaluates very large numbers of topology dependencies to return a single root cause for each problem instead of a list of correlated alerts. Findings can trigger workflows for automated remediation. Dynatrace states it is a Leader in the 2026 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Observability Platforms.
Pricing is published as a rate card. Host monitoring has three tiers billed by the hour, Kubernetes monitoring is priced per pod, and logs and metrics are charged on ingest, retention and query. A free trial is available.
Potential strengths
- Public hourly rate card covers hosts, containers, logs and telemetry
- AI findings can trigger automated remediation workflows
Trade-offs
- AIOps value is tied to Dynatrace collecting the telemetry
- Usage-based billing across several meters makes forecasting harder
- Product reference

Splunk IT Service Intelligence (ITSI) is Splunk's AIOps product, now part of Cisco. It models IT services, attaches KPIs and dependencies to them, and rolls them up into health scores and real-time dashboards so that operators can prioritise work by customer, revenue and operational impact.
Event iQ handles correlation. It applies event correlation, topology and fuzzy matching to group related alerts into episodes, so operators work a smaller set of incidents with more context. Event iQ Diagnose adds AI-generated episode summaries and change context to speed root cause analysis. The current release also lists a redesigned workspace, integration with Cisco AI Canvas, tag-based management, extended access controls and flexible maintenance windows.
The Splunk pricing page places ITSI under workload or ingest pricing and notes more than 30 preconfigured dashboards and more than 300 metrics and events. Figures are given by quote.
Potential strengths
- Event iQ uses correlation, topology and fuzzy matching to group alerts into episodes

PagerDuty AIOps is an add-on to the PagerDuty Operations Cloud that works on events before they become incidents. Noise reduction uses built-in machine learning models or rules the customer writes. Event Orchestration and Automation runs event-driven actions across technical services, and triage features use correlation and agents to identify probable root cause. An Operations Console gives a central view of time-critical incidents during major events.
Pricing is published. AIOps starts at $699 a month billed yearly or $799 billed monthly, and it is licensed per accepted event, meaning valid events received through email integration or the events API with a successful response. Buyers must hold at least one user on a Professional or Business incident response plan. PagerDuty Advance, its generative and agentic AI add-on for incident management, is sold separately.
PagerDuty states that more than 30,000 companies use its products. A 14-day full-featured trial is available.
Potential strengths
- Published starting price and a 14-day trial without a credit card
- 750+ integrations feed events into noise reduction and orchestration

IBM Cloud Pak for AIOps is IBM's event and incident layer for hybrid IT. The product page describes four unified capabilities. Unified Event Management collects alerts and updates from more than 90 monitoring tools across applications, networks and systems. Unified Anomaly Detection finds problems the underlying tools miss and correlates data that looks normal in any single tool. Unified Visibility builds a real-time topology map from those tools. Unified Incident Management shows how incidents propagate, prioritises them, and supplies recommended and automated runbooks.
IBM frames the outcome as moving from very large volumes of noisy alerts to a few actionable incidents through deduplication, anomaly detection and event correlation. Case studies include Electrolux, The Masters, Taiwan's NCHC and APIS IT, the Croatian government IT agency.
Pricing is modular and quoted. IBM includes restricted Red Hat OpenShift and publishes installation guides, system requirements and a reference architecture.

Frequently asked questions
What is an AIOps platform?
An AIOps platform applies machine learning and rules to IT operations data, mostly alerts and events from monitoring tools, to reduce noise, group related alerts into incidents, find a probable root cause and trigger a response. Most also map events to services or topology so operators can see business impact. Some platforms collect the telemetry themselves; others sit above existing monitoring tools.
How much do AIOps platforms cost?
As of October 2026, four vendors on this page publish starting prices. ScienceLogic Skylar One starts at $5 per device a month, LogicMonitor at $16 per Hybrid Unit a month with Edwin AI in the $53 Signature tier, Dynatrace at $7 per host a month, and PagerDuty AIOps at $699 a month billed yearly. BigPanda, HPE OpsRamp, ServiceNow, BMC Helix, Splunk ITSI and IBM quote.
What is the difference between AIOps and observability?
Observability platforms collect and analyse metrics, logs and traces so engineers can understand system behaviour. AIOps works on the alerts and events those tools produce, correlating them across tools, suppressing noise and routing incidents. Dynatrace, LogicMonitor, ScienceLogic and HPE OpsRamp do both; BigPanda, PagerDuty AIOps and IBM Cloud Pak for AIOps mainly sit above other monitoring tools.
How is AIOps different from incident management software?
Incident management software handles on-call schedules, paging, response coordination and post-incident review once an incident exists. AIOps sits earlier in the flow and decides which alerts belong together and which deserve an incident at all. PagerDuty sells both, with AIOps as an add-on that requires an incident response plan; the others hand correlated incidents to an ITSM or paging tool.
Which AIOps platforms work best with ServiceNow?
ServiceNow Event Management runs on the ServiceNow platform itself, so alerts and incidents share one system. BigPanda names ServiceNow ITSM as a primary integration and positions its correlation as a way to reduce ServiceNow ticket volume. LogicMonitor Edwin AI attaches CMDB context to incidents. Buyers should confirm how each tool writes incidents and configuration items back into their own instance.
Do AIOps platforms really cut alert noise by 90%?
Several vendors here publish figures of that size, including HPE OpsRamp and LogicMonitor, and BMC Helix cites customer results. These numbers are vendor-reported and depend on the starting noise level, data quality and how incidents are defined. The reliable way to judge is a pilot that replays the buyer's own alert history and compares the output with what operators actually worked.
Can an AIOps platform remediate incidents automatically?
Most vendors here describe some automation. Dynatrace triggers remediation workflows from its findings, BMC Helix lists policy-driven and self-healing remediation, HPE OpsRamp automates patching and restarts, ScienceLogic offers low-code workflow automation, and PagerDuty runs event-driven automation. Teams usually start with approved, low-risk actions and keep human approval for changes to production systems.
How were these AIOps platforms selected and compared?
The ten platforms were selected as established products for event correlation, alert noise reduction and root cause analysis in IT operations. Features and pricing come from each vendor's own product, documentation or pricing page, checked in October 2026. No product was installed or tested, no vendor confirmed its entry, and the order of the list is not a ranking.
